Check this. We're playing with some Italian band on the weekend. They initially said "we have no backline so can you bring bass rig and drum kit." ok we said, reluctantly as we're travelling Nottingham to London.

They then said "we have an electric guitar - could you get another amp for us?" We dont need one so no, you can bollocks, we said.

Now, 3 days before the gig they've asked if they can use all our instruments "because it costs too much to bring our instruments - obviously we'll pay you to borrow yours."
