first of all, a question... is 13 Songs a fair reflection of the band? My judgements are all based on this compilation album.

There seem to be many people on here that throw superlatives their way, so I at least expected something that stands out, but they're just another punk band to me.

This isn't me trying to be controversial, I'd genuinely like to know why other people rate them so highly.
