Me and two of my mates have started writing some songs together and the time to find other members is nearing. Should we be looking for a drummer or a singer to join first (at the moment we're just two guitars and a bass) ... do you think a vocalist would be pissed off joining a band with a few songs already musically finished or am I just over thinking things?

Also what's good way/place to find potential band members and is it advisable to warn someone before auditioning that we're not exactly great musicians? I'm weirdly nervous about this.
