Dear UK friends

Im very happy and proud to tell you that on April 25th 2009 Efterklang will join forces with the classical orchestra Britten Sinfonia for a very special event. As a 39 piece band/orchestra we will be Performing Parades (our latest album on The Leaf Label, 2007) in its entirety at the FuseLeeds09 Festival. We have done this only one time before in Copenhagen where we played with The Danish National Chamber Orchestra and we are quite exited to get this second chance to perform this special concert.

In the fall of 2009 we will release Performing Parades as a live album and DVD recorded at the concert in Copenhagen last fall. We look forward to that! We will also return to England in September to play End Of The Road Festival and Bestival. Hope to see you somewhere!
