i've been digging through my dad's records today and this is properly brilliant... well side 1 is anyway. the first two tracks sound like Don Caballero would if they woke up one day as a 70s hard rock band (good thing). Valediction starts as that sort of Canterbury not really prog thing and turns into reggae... there are a couple of dull blues jams that let the side down a bit but yeah... good stuff. any fans about? their other albums worth a purchase?
