has there been a thread? Haven't listened enough to form an opinion (but first impression..hmm) think it is probably a big mistake to have let his band mates contribute songs.

But anyway whilst checking the track list to make sure I had it in the right order I found they released a tour EP last year called gentlemans pact, no idea how it passed me by, but it is great. It has the songs gentlemans pact (formerly smoke signals) and breezy which were easily the best two songs from his tour, the other new song sounds good too (+ an inoffensive cover). I am loads more excited by this ep than the album.
