I got the Obits album today. It's pretty good, certainly better than the Night Marchers album (though I think they both improve with repeated listens) but it certainly makes me miss the urgency and energy of Hot Snakes. Froberg's voice is far preferable to Speedo's.

I wonder if we will ever see the fabled DLJ reunion, although personally I'd rather a Hot Snakes reunion.
