just got back from holidayin america, and england feels rather weird. talk about things changing whilst you're away. anyway thanks to whoever told me to go to amoeba records in hollywood, it is in fact the greatest record store on the planet. imagine rough trade mixed with selectadisc and sister ray but the size of hmv oxford street, but better. spent about $200 in one go, apparently i was there for an hour but it felt like 10 minutes, the place was one big black hole for both money and time. and apparently the san fransisco one is even bigger. any place where you can buy iron & wine, patrick wolf, antony & johnsons, sleater kinney, low records on vinyl new for about £5 is automatically amazing.

however i don't think i'll ever get over hearing i predict a riot played over the main loudspeakers of universal studios. slightly bizarre to say the least.

anyway have i missed anything interesting on here? any huge fights/controversies/new trolls?

luckily the clunt has not yet made his way to america.
