I'm doing an extended dissertation over the Summer concerning the impact Margaret Thatcher had on the arts in the 1980's. I've pretty much finished the Theatre side of things, like the lack of funding in alternative Theatre etc etc, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any bands that wrote directly about the political movement of the 1980s.
And yes, I guess I'll get "Do your own work you smelly asda-shopping student', but any help would be great, ta x
