Something's reminded me of a little thing that used to puzzle me...

The band that got me into music were Pulp, my first ever album i owned on cd was His n Hers - and on nearly all their album sleeves Pulp include a message saying 'Please do not read the lyrics whilst listening to the music' I've never really understood why.

Anyone know or have any idea?
