Yes it is true!! And may I say what a thoroughly nice chap he is to. Not quite knowing what to expect (perhaps a punch in the mugly for my troubles) I wandered into the Underworld to catch the last Black Mountain tune - I am currently too drunk to formulate an opinion on them, but yeah. Who was there standing by the bar in his full thin-tie glory? why Mr. JB of course - he was taller and less Coxon-like than i had originally anticipated, the conversation ensued. He was with a funny bloke too, turns out this dude (Nick if i remember correctly?) is really the brains behind much of the Brainlove entity citing possible quotes for a Brainlove review. The Ponys where awesome also: the bird-bassist had big googly eyes and the drummer was sweating profusely and recovered well from dropping his drum stick twice.
