Yes, another thread about emo!

Anyways, it seems the objection to emo on these boards is aimed at bands that aren't really emo (Atreyu, From First To Last, 30 Seconds To Mars etc). And that all bands deemed to be real emo (American Football and other Kinsella bands, Braid, Mineral, Sunny Day Real Estate etc) are universally loved.

Now obviously, the former bands are awful and the latter are quite good, but can anyone name any 'real', mid 90's emo bands that are universally (you know what I mean) considered shite?
