My band will be recording our new single soon and i was wondering if anyone had any killer production techniques or tricks they like to use when in the studio. Awesome guitar sounds, gigantic drum pummellage, how to get the best from vocals, basically thoughts from people who read Tape Op magazine, that sort of thing. Any production hints and tips will be much appreciated, as we'll be doing our usual scrounging off friends for free studio time and need all the help we can get.
