anyone been watching it?

some really good music featured on there the past two weeks, sam cooke and ray charles. it profiles a load of soul acts through the 50s up to present day, so that it sort educates you as to who main artists were around then. i'd like to see similar programmes made about stuff like jazz, blues and reggae.

it'd be a better use of the licence fee than another 'celebrity' based show which involves someone getting voted off every week if they fail to complete a degrading and undigified task. whats next? celebrity pigeon racing? vannessa feltz giving a swan a handjob?
