Heard this record last night, great stuff!, but can't remember who is was. Had PJ Harvey on backing vocals, a really heavy funk bassline.... creepy. Yeah, it was CREEPY and brilliant. Who am I thinking of? Maybe his last name starts with an "H" or an "L"??
