Anyone else seen this tour yet? They played Preston on Monday night, absolutely fantastic. They only played three old songs, the rest of the set was new tunes they were testing out on us before they record the album. Every single one was batter than anything they've done before, they made 'Music For Nurses' sound like a throwaway, and that was one of the best things I heard last year! They didn't mention any titles, except for one called 'The 80's were shit then, the 80's are shit now' (or something similar), and they closed with 'One Out Of None', the loudest thing I've ever heard. Only downer was they didn't play 'Paper Champion'... I cannot wait to hear the album, they're turning into one of the best bands around just now.
