I need some Soulseek help please. It's telling me that my "...router and/or Soulseek client needs to be configured correctly".

I'm connected to the internet via a wireless router. I think this has something to do with it. Has anyone got any idea how I can fiddle with something so that I can download stuff?

Bear in mind that my computer skills are fairly average.
