Ok, I talk too much but instead of just a name gimme a one-liner... cos I may never have heard of them and I haven't enough money to buy lostprophet soundalikes on yer say-so.

Mine:

Built to Spill. These guys are great. Kinda like Pavement if Pavement could draw between the lines.

Sparklehorse. Pulled out Vivadixie yesterday. Great record and I'm wondering why I only have the one. The up tempo songs are particularly good.

Biggest Disappointment. I don't get Fiery Furnaces. Got Blueberry cos everyone sez it's great but they sound like an old vaudeville act to me.

2nd biggest disappointment. The Doves. Here again, critically acclaimed and yet when I heard them on the radio I thought Air Supply had reformed.
