Went to see TEMBLD last night in Newcastle. Only a smallish crowd of about 300 were packed into the smallish venue (foundation, formely the Riverside). This was the 3rd time i have seen them live in the last 12 months, and i must say... It's a blessing in disguise this band being drop by their label. They looked refreshed, un-pressured and were on top top form. The first two times i saw them live they were still good, but seemed jaded and stressed compared to last night.
Last night they kicked major ass! The crowd were wooping it up as Guy literally hung from the steel girders supporting the roof and snarled at the crowd. He looked totally insane, and his face JESUS!! You wouldn't like to take him home to meet the parents!
Top Band, top night!
BTW, the two support bands... Black Wire & Holy Terror were instantly forgettable!
