Inside there is a column about how good zane lowe is (again personal opinion, i thought he was ok on xfm, but is now a selfserving arse of the highest order with an inordinate love of his own voice), but i have digressed.

The column starts with the sentence, and i quote, "god bless john peel and all, but towards the end of his career, the man was wholly irrelevant to folk like you
and me"

Im not into elevating people into deity like stature but for fucks sake that is got to be one of the crassest and fucking stupid fucking statements i've yet read in there.
