How is it London always have free gigs? I believe the last time I went to a free gig it was at the Long Beach Grand Prix (which cost me $50) and it was the Goo Goo Dolls. The race was ok, but the goo goo dolls were, well, you know, shit.

Oh yeah, the LA street fair last year. Although that was $5 to get in and I was very underwhelmed with Rilo Kiley.

Mind, I'm not complaining. I saw Patrick Wolf last week for $12, a couple dollars more than I paid to see Tenacious D - a movie so bad I wanted to punch the usher. So generally speaking gigs are a bargain!
