I listened to the album yesterday for the first time in about three years. Strangely enough, I found it was probably the only music I knew of that fitted the harsh criteria of the current phase I'm going through: listening to pretty much nothing recorded after 1968, but lots before.

Does anyone else find its absolutely just like obscure Northern Soul tracks from the mid to late 60's? Apart from the little sections of rapping and horrible scratching, and the obvious production differences, it could be classed completely as Northern Soul.

Are they recording again?
