my housemate is making a film, and she wants some music (not original or anything. commercially available) to soundtrack a suicide scene.

basically, this girl has been abused all her life and kills herself so that her brother can have the money she's saved up and escape his life. or something. she just briefly outlined it.

so what's good suicide muzak?

all i can think of is Hourglass by At The Drive-In and loads of really obvious Radiohead (street spirit and pyramid song) and maybe some sigur ros.

she also said that piano is a bonus.
her music tastes are kinda conservative, but any suggestions would be welcome.
