Using yourcodenameis:milo's latest EP as the inspiration for this thread, do you think that production on a song is important? Or does it not matter if the music is good anyway?

I only say this because I feel that YCNIM really could've done better with the Rapt. Dept. EP. The songs sound great but it sounds as if they've recorded it on my PC which makes me less likely to listen to it.
