i saw this a little while back, and remember there being a little bit off fuss about it when it came out.
despite having christian bale, the film is utter shite - not even fun in a campy kind of way
but
THE MUSIC!
i dont have a fucking clue how they managed it, but basically there are two allstar bands playing covers on the soundtrack - one with mike watt and most of sonic youth, and the other with thom yorke, johnny greenwood and a bunch of others!
AND theres an exclusive track by Shudder To Think
AND
a bunch of eno tiger mountain tracks.

SO weird.
