Drugs tests in schools

you don't even need to make a civil liberties argument on this one. the cost factor alone is enough to get me going. surely any school's resources is better spent on say, books and other learning materials than employing people to make random drug tests, and lab tests. and the kids can just say 'no' on ethical grounds! and only 40% of the schools staff support the scheme!
