He used to be in a band called Orlando, is now in a band called Fosca, has a very distinctive look about him and runs a fascinating diary on Livejournal... on his business card is says "flaneur, dandy, 21st Century fop"... one of those endearing, intreaguing weirdos who make life a little more interesting...
