Is it just me or is this song just a load of old songs spliced together?

"Loving you is easy because your'e beautiful" - that's from a minnie ripperton song. And there's a bit in the refrain before the chorus which is lifted straight from "Your'e so vain".

I'm sure this song is supposed to be a homage to all these songs, otherwise its just a blatent excercise in plagerism!
