In the Strokes thread Ocean Rain said he reckoned you could take a bird to see the Strokes and you'd both enjoy it (presumably based on the assumption that she aint a Music Nerd like ourselves).

What bands do you reckon you could take a non-Music Nerd Bird to (cos lets face it boys, there's more of us into cool music than there are of them- a sad fact)

I reckon Pulp would be a good gig to take a Non-Music Nerd Bird to. They're songs are, Funny, Charming, Intelligent, Fun, Insightful and incredibly catchy. She'd dig Disco 2000, Sunrise, Underwear, Common People, Help the Aged etc. I'd dig Babies, Sheffield Sex City (if they played it), Do You Remember the First Time, A Little Soul and Trees.
