The Village was a kick ass film.

I consider myself to be a reasonably intelligent person and have an appreciation of films. I don't agree with a word of all your rants. Despite what you all think it doesn't make you Billy big balls if you see it coming. In fact if you act smug about it, its a bit sad. It's like saying i can tie my own shoe laces, or I can wipe my own arse. It's only a fckn film.

Why do I like it? I never let the silly things annoy me and I liked the message. I got about 5 or 6 different reflective moments out of the film.
