Lamb (brilliant trip hop equal to portishead - debut album let down by not as good follow ups)

Hole - Celebrity Skin (actually a really good record with great songs)

Belle & Sebastian - Dear Catastrophe Waitress (a modern classic to match Pet Sounds)

Kid A (the best thing they've done)

over rated

The Stone Roses (I mean, come on. it's alright, but not exceptional)

OK Computer (in retrospect, not the best thing ever)

REM (in general. they are (were) good but what's with the superstardom?)
