Hello DiS. One night not long ago I was on the train, and a stranger took my picture then got off at the next stop. It was a little bit flattering and a little bit creepy. I'm a photographer too, and I have taken pictures of people on trains --but if there is the slightest chance I'll want to use the photo commercially or for a large audience (DiS) I will at very least introduce myself , ask permission, or share a photo release with my model. I'm sure your photographer wanted to do that but just didn't have time or didn't think it all the way through. Now in a very interesting twist of fate- I've stumbled upon your site to find the photo of myself on your home page and at the top of your Singles of the year 2011! page.
