The Sailplanes (headline)
Taut, unsettling, unusually cinematic art-rock that conjures up black and white dreams of knife-wielding girls and breathless chases down narrow streets in some romantic old European capital. (giittv zine)
The Cavaliers
The beauty of The Cavaliers is that they manage to sound a little like all my favourite bands whilst still sounding unique and original. The vocals are part Doherty drawl and part Casablancas overdrive, whilst the guitar work and cow bell heavy drumming evoke Kings of Leon at their best. But as I say they add their own special something as well, such as the mystic oriental charm they add to songs such as Demons and The Doom Bar. (musictruth)
Ejector Seat
Punchy pop-rock with an urgency that is utterly addictive. Think Blur when they used to have fun, but without the bad accents, or Kaiser Chiefs when they make you wanna pogo." Lisa Verrico - THE TIMES
