Hosted by new arts venue Hackney Showroom & East London’s acclaimed producers of proper
family entertainment, Disco Loco – Disco Loco in the Park is back for its fourth year with a credible,
leftfield and future-facing programme showcasing live music, circus, cabaret and dance. And it’s all FREE!
Set In the beautiful surrounds of Springfield Park and with décor by Camille Walala, Disco Loco in the Park is the only family festival in the UK that steers clear of niche children’s activity. Without a whiff of nursery rhymes, stuffed animals or sing-a-longs, this festival carefully and cleverly programmes the very best, bold and exciting artists and companies to engage and stimulate both adult and child audiences simultaneously.This year the main stage presents an outstanding line up of cutting edge acts, curated by Beck Rosoman (Club Mofo). Plus there’s a full line up of cabaret in the Big Top curated by Hackney Showroom’s maestro Sam Curtis Lindsay. Disco Loco in the Park is supported by Arts Council England & LB Hackney.
