I do apologise if this appears a little spammy, and you can choose to ignore this if you like, but I'm starting a new internet project in a couple of months and thought the DiS messageboard would be a good place to look for creative people. Hope at least a few of you are interested; here's the blurb with the basic premise:

The internet is such a vast place, yet many voices remain unheard. The more platforms that can be created to correct this, the better. In Summer 2014, a new site aimed at female teens and young women is to launch, providing a platform for them to be seen and heard, with topics ranging from role models and activism, to the newest artistic talents and why you love your favourite TV show. Whatever you’re interested in, we want to hear about; our aim is to challenge and change the one-way dialogue that’s currently flowing between mainstream publications and its readers.

If you love writing, illustrating, photography, animation or street art, get in touch. If you’re involved in activism, charity work, sports, or something equally as exciting, we want your input. Even if you’re not, we want to hear about what you love and why you love it.
