London-based The See See are Richard Olson, Pete Greenwood, Kevin Peyok, Paulie Cobra, Phil Anderson and Ben Swank who originally hail from as far apart as Malmoe (SE), Detroit (US), Leeds (UK) and Auckland (NZ). After four sold out 7" singles, (Up The Hill/Citadel Shuffle - GPS, Keep Your Head/Clap Your Hands and Shake a Chain - GPS, Mary Soul/Big Wheels- 360 Dgrs and Powers of Ten/Open up Your Door - Rank Records) three European tours and handpicked for support tours with both The Raconteurs and The Brian Jonestown Massacre and a reputation for lively, exuberant and occasionally chaotic live shows, The See See released their debut album on the Great Pop Supplement in a limited edition vinyl version in November 2010, it sold out in a day, got repressed and sold out again. The album also came out on CD via Dell'Orso records in February 2011.
After a few choice festival dates The See See will continue the recordings of their 2nd Album. Due out in 2012.
BY THE SEA:
By The Sea are plotting a successful course for themselves both on the Merseyside and London gig circuits after a number of stunning live shows, where their small cannon of gorgeous 1960s inspired tunes leave audiences hungry for more and critics tipping the band for big things in the future.
