Bon Bon is an exciting new production from your friends at Crumble. Mixing the old and the new, Crumble presents two floors of top quality music in a luxuriant pub at the posh end of Islington.
Future Classics in the Ballroom: Indie / Electro / Disco / Fun.
Modern Vintage in Pearl's Parlour: Surf / Rockabilly / Swing / Rock n roll.

Bon Bon is a two floored musical extravaganza at the Albert & Pearl, covering everything between hipster-electro and surf rock. Early 20th Century fancy dress is encouraged, so get that moustache waxed and get your best flapper girl outfit on (we suggest one or the other. Both together might make you look insane).
Upstairs will have a distinct retro-housparty feel, with proper Rock n Roll, Rockabilly, Swing, Jazz, and classic old-time hits played across two delectable lounges with vintage sofas, fireplaces and chandeliers. 

Downstairs in the Ballroom is where folks will dance and drink themselves into the future listening to the finest indie and electronic music. There’s a large open dance-floor, disco balls, custom visuals and a huge bar well equipped for thirsty hipsters.

Bon Bon get your bank holiday kicked off early with their fortnightly promotion – a rip-roaring, uncompromising, multi storey party with Indie/Electro downstairs and Rockabilly/Surf and Swing upstairs – not to mention Pearls curiosity room.

Bon Bon is the exciting new production from your friends at Crumble. The night is a mix of achingly hip new Indie music and invigoratingly cool old Rock n Roll and Swing. In the Ballroom, humans will proceed to dance and drink themselves into the future. Up the staircase, gentlewomen and scholars will regale one another amongst vintage furniture and paraphernalia. 

We invite those of you with a taste for such things to dress from the early 20th century; you will compliment the upstairs ambience. For those of us stuck in the present, you can wear normal clothes.

Albert and Pearl are used to hangovers on Sunday and the team on Upper St have come up with a solution to the scourge of venues that play last night’s tunes,  allow children, and overcomplicate food that should simply say ‘there there’.  A&P know you need sofas, yes they know you want to play video games, but no.. not for hours at a time with people in other countries, yes you want to feel like you’re at your mums, but no, she can’t make a decent enough cocktail for you to rationalise stumbling over four zones (and the rest) to have her ask you about work.
