THE ORPHANS (Brighton)
Formed out of the ashes of These Animal Men (and Mo Solid Gold) who in their 90s heyday were signed to Hut Records, this Brighton based Glam Rock Punk band are a complete and utter riot live.
One part Cooper Clarke, three parts MC5, and two parts The Who at their meaty best, these guys teeter on the brink of a rock opera abyss. They've recently supported Art Brut and the Jim Jones Revue. The Orphans are perfect for those who like their music loud, fun and boozy.

THE VINYL STITCHES (London)
Haling from a subterranean swamp in the heart of London these guys came together through a shared heritage of trash culture, B-movies, 50s rock n roll and 60s garage beats. They play scuffed-up and lo-fi bone-rattling punk-rock-blues.
‘Whiskey-drenched, bluesy rock ‘n’ roll’ - Time Out.
‘Occasionally, London throws up a primitive rock band that you simply can’t ignore. The Vinyl Stitches are such a band!’ – Shindig! Magazine.

PET SCENES (London)
Possibly the loudest act Backstreets has had, Pet Scenes are taking London by storm with their refreshingly honest, nasty, dirty garage rock.
‘Pet Scenes are scary. They are sort of folk I dread my daughter bringing home for a first boyfriend in a few years. Great music though.’ – Music Mackrel (blog).
