This Sunday we're having Belle & Sebastian special at HDIF at The Phoenix, to co-incide with the band's first date at the Roundhouse. Even if you don't have a ticket for the show, please come along for some Bank Holiday dancing - it's Bank Holiday Monday the day after so no need to worry about work the next morning. Our guest DJ is Daniel Novakovic from Malmo and London's So Tough! So Cute! club night, who'll be on from 10.30-midnight, and then it's me until 3am.

Indie song of the week: "Electronic Renaissance" by Belle & Sebastian. I'll be kicking off my midnight set with this classic.
Soul song of the week: "Day Tripper" by Otis Redding. I attempted to play this on Saturday night but technology got the better of me. It'll definitely get an airing on Sunday night. A high octane, testifyin' version of The Beatles song, during which Otis almost has a heart attack. Fantastic stuff!
