COLD HAUS launches on 31 May 2011 with a headlining show from Australian electronic band SEEKAE, who have just released their stunning second album +DOME to much critical acclaim. SEEKAE – Formed in Sydney, SEEKAE's first album, "The Sound of Trees Falling on People" was described by Rolling Stone as an album “as ambient and mesmerising as an iced-over forest.” Their second album "+DOME" presents a defined progression, combining elements of post-dubstep, post-rock, house and classical music. In Australia, SEEKAE have supported acts such as MOUNT KIMBIE, PVT and BROADCAST, as well as selling out their own headline shows, and they are coming to the UK for the first time in May 2011 with two sets at this years THE GREAT ESCAPE festival in Brighton. KLAUS – Having received praise from JAMES BLAKE and occasional collaborators MOUNT KIMBIE, we are excited to present a DJ set from KLAUS, a purveyor in refined production and ambient beats. ROUNDS – Hailing from Southend, Essex, ROUNDS first received acclaim for their first two singles "We Don’t Need You" and "Architecture" demonstrating their refined songwriting ability and delicate electronica. 2011 has already seen the band broaden their sound and forthcoming self released EP "Escapist" combines post-dubstep and garage influences with their melodic sensibilities to create a sound that is unique in today's electronic music scene. http://www.roundsmusic.co.uk
