The EP tracks were recorded with Ross Haldon at Ghost Town Studios in Leeds, which at the time was the basement of his house in Hyde Park on one very long drunken night in the summer of 2005.

The Live tracks were recorded at the Packhorse in Leeds by Ben Nicholson in 2008.

Fleets of Black Hover Craft Anchored in Space was recorded at Ash Tree Barn in Taddington, Derbyshire by Ben Nicholson in 2008.
