CO2n! at The Dome next week!
CO2n! present on Saturday 24th September @ Tuffnell Park Dome...
GERTRUDES STORM
SAL
MAYDAY MURDERS
GOOD GOLLY ITS MR NICK
One night whilst lost on our way home from the Turtle we came across this mighty venue, home to Toony Loons and a million tales of drunken debauchery and rock n' roll, we decided we kinda liked it. So this month CO2n! gives you not one but two nights to get your indie fix to.
From 8pm we've got some of the best live underground indie rock n' roll for your weekend pleasure. The fun doesn't end at 11:00 though, oh no no no. Entry to the gig gives you free entry to Toony Loons, running 'til 3am with £2 spirits and beers plus a good dose of Killers, Kaiser Chiefs and Futureheads. What more could you want?
Band Info:
GERTRUDES STORM
Indiepop the way it always should have been. Spikey energetic guitar with a powerplay of optimism and cynicism. Stylish and entertaining.
SAL
Hailing from Wales Sal bring female front punkpop power to the capital. Kerrang says they are "set to cause a huge stir" and who are we to argue?
MAYDAY MURDERS
Once signed to infamous indie Fire Records and now with a single on Shifty Disco things are looking good for this Kings of Leon-like garage psych band.
GOOD GOLLY IT'S MR NICK
This one man army of comedown rock n' roll has been thrilling the girlies on Myspace for sometime. Think Dillon sharing his last dog end with Kobain in a seedy backroom bar somewhere on the edge of a cold industrial town.
Music from 8:15 so get there early! Just £5 all night.
