Sat Aug 21st - Jyoti from White Town DJs at HDIF in central London
We're very pleased to say that our guest DJ this Saturday is Jyoti Mishra from White Town. Not just because Jyoti always plays an excellent mixture of new and old indiepop and soul, but because it's always a pleasure to hang out with The Nicest Man In Indiepop (TM). So please come along and have a dance, and celebrate the fact that you're not enduring the bone-chewing tedium of the Stereophonics and Kasabian at the V Festival, but cutting a rug to some tip top floorfillers and heartbreakers with us instead. .
Indie pop song of the week: "Faux-Coder" by Shrag. Excellent burst of noise and righteousness from the new album.
Soul song of the week: "Think About The Good Times" by Baby Washington. Glorious, horn driven soul dancer.
