The Pains of Being Pure at Heart are a New York four-piece who play genius noisy pop songs with boy/girl vocals, blissful melodies, fuzz guitar and blistering drums. Yuck rose from the ashes of short-lived London band Cajun Dance Party, and have come back with a new, lo-fi sound. Bringing to mind bands like Times New Viking, Wavves and Lovvers, Yuck combine catchy boy girl melodies with fuzzy guitars and lo-fi production.
