CARPE DIEM
Carpe Diem is a four piece rock band from Sale, Manchester. Formed in February this year when Simon Wolstencroft, former member of 'The Fall' 1986 - 1997; met Tom Eccles, Jonny Smale and Matt Bradburn after hearing a recording made by them.

The band recorded their first demo in August 2009 at SSR Studios in Manchester after rehearsing their first efforts of original material.

As a result of this work to date, Carpe Diem have performed a total of 7 gigs, including main support slots to capacity crowds on Ian Brown’s latest tour, at the O2 Academies in Leeds and Sheffield. Carpe Diem’s debut demo can be heard on MySpace, listed above.
