Derived from the Greek/Latin term for pain, punishment and penalty, Poino have yet to unleash any of their primal sounds in a recorded format. However the band does feature Ross Blake from Buttonhead , Gaverick of the late great Giddy Motors and the flailing arms of the sonic wildebeest that is Jhonhi Drummdeppth.

Gum Takes Tooth is a single headed beast with two bodies: a duo of Thomas Fuglesang on live trap drums physically wired into home grown electronic instruments, bare circuit boards and electrified African thumb piano tweaked, moulded and mangled in real-time by Jussi Brightmore.
