Girl Mountain is brutally awful (but also awesome). He's a rather good cartoonist who has no business making music but makes it nonetheless, "bad music is better than good music. Thesis coming soon". Girl Mountain goes into a trance when he plays; he thinks about mountains he used to live under, and best friends on the other side of the world, and television shows that don't exist. You are not invited. This is a personal thing. You become invisible during the show - except at the end, during the dance bits and the nudity. Girl Mountain is a shaman. Girl Mountain is launching his 9th (and most depressing) album this night. Awesome.
