From 2006-2007 Ben Watt's Buzzin' Fly ran a series of classic Sunday nights at London's 200-capacity Plastic People in Shoreditch. With a sound almost custom-built for the tiny dark room with its deep warm Funktion 1 sound system, the parties helped establish the label's reputation as one of the UK's top labels for house and techno. Ben Watt of course has since taken his sound and the label into much bigger spaces - The End, Space in Ibiza, and more recently, The Arches in London Bridge - but sometimes you can't beat a low-ceiling and a sweatbox for this kind of music. Joined by his long-time DJ partner Chris Woodward, for two nights only it is time once again to celebrate a defining UK label in a defining intimate London venue. Party 1: Fri July 24. Party 2: Sat Aug 22.

Having already remixed Spencer Parker's 'The Beginning' for Buzzin' Fly to a wave of hot A-List DJ reactions, his breakthrough track for Cadenza, 'La Mezcla', has just been signed to Strictly Rhythm for a major summer re-release.
