Sweeping all before it, with a strident “Work Hard! Play Hard!” ethos, new club night One Party State gets ready for its next event and continues the implementation of its five year plan... to provide the best night out for London’s downtrodden workers, at Camden’s Barfly.

Under threat of exile to the musical gulag, the DJs on both floors have been ordered to play their best possible sets by our Musical Commissars. There’ll also be Party Operatives moving through the venue to check that people are enjoying themselves.

Farm hands and factory workers (and their modern, office-based equivalents) are all invited... The clubbing Bourgeoisie and their lackeys are not! We are vehemently anti-socialite!

Live Portasound the wobble masters as loved by Rob Da Bank and Huw Stepens they are gearing up for some big festival dates including the Big Chill and Bestival. The band state that they are a bizarre mix of tropical circus show tunes put through vintage synths and crazy electro/trance kick drums

Rob Campari Safari (Secret Garden Party / Friday Im in Rock Perugia IT ) - Rob plays from a old school rave/Balearic perspective of “if it’s got beats that match then it’s on!” and he’s particularly eager to deploy “fall of the Berlin Wall-era” acid house and some very wobbly disco with synth pop and other treats

Tosh Ohta (Big in Japan) (DJ)
Tosh is resident at the insanely popular Big In Japan night down in sunny sunny Bournemouth he also is a regular at Adventures in the Beetroot Fields regular soirees at fabric and Bloggers Delight + kill Em All - The Guy is a party rocker and we are glad to have him back

Osymyso (Straight to Video / Warp Records)(DJ)

The Mysterious mr Osymyso has worked with Simon Pegg on “Spaced” and even got him to drum on one of his tracks and produced the soundtrack album for “Shaun of the Dead” he's worked with Chris Morris on various projects put out on Warp including bushwacked ep and the classic My Wrongs short and is actually a very good DJ his night Straight to Video held The freelance Hellraiser as resident with mr dance rocks Eddy Temple Rocks and receiving critical acclaim from The Guardian, The New York Times, The Face and Record Collector who have all lauded him with praise for his role in the “bootleg” scene as well as being named as one of the 10 DJ’s you must see before you die in Q Magazine.
