Bill Cummings graduated from UWIC with a degree in media production and popular culture in 2004. Since then he's built up an extensive portfolio of written work on the local and national music scene. Writing for the likes of Sound Nation, Gair rhydd, Kruger magazine and various websites he honed his skills and set about creating his own webzine. By 2007 through his own vision and the help of hundreds of student/amatuer music lovers/writers Bill had guided the webzine he created and edits God Is In The TV Zine to a position as one of the best webzines in the UK.

Working with all the major promotional sectors, bands, pr companies and labels he continues to carve a niche for his publication.
